Why BadaGyan Exists

From a young age, Ashok Badagyan knew the value of hard work and the weight of financial challenges. At just 17, he worked various jobs—as a laborer, a waiter, and more—just to support himself. During this time, he was also preparing for competitive exams, facing firsthand how a lack of resources could disrupt a student's education. In fact, he was removed from two coaching centers halfway through their courses because he couldn't afford the fees.

By 2018-2019, Ashok had actually qualified for secure government positions in the Air Force and CISF. But as he was about to take the final step into those jobs, something in his heart told him to pause. He had been running a small coaching initiative in the mornings and evenings, earning about 15,000 to 20,000 rupees a month, and he realized that his students truly needed him. If he took the government job, many students might lose access to affordable, quality education and the kind of support he wished he'd had.

So in 2021, Ashok made a life-changing decision: he committed fully to Badagyan Classes. He wanted to ensure that no student would be left behind due to financial difficulties or lack of guidance. He had seen other teachers leave coaching once they secured government jobs, but he chose a different path, driven by his own difficult experiences and his desire to help others avoid the same struggles.

Today, Badagyan Classes stands as a testament to Ashok's dedication—an institute born from the belief that every student deserves not just education, but also mentorship, care, and a fair chance at success.

In addition to founding Badagyan Classes, Ashok Badagyan is now building a unique platform designed to offer students a fully guided experience in choosing their future paths. Having faced confusion and a lack of support after his own 12th exams, Ashok wants to ensure that no student has to struggle alone when deciding which field to enter, what course to take, or how to move forward in life.

This new platform will bring together teachers, mentors, and counselors from a wide range of industries onto one accessible hub. With the help of expert guidance and advanced AI and IoT technology, the platform will evaluate each student’s unique skills, passions, and interests. Then it will recommend top-quality courses from India’s and the world’s leading institutes, all in one place. The curriculum will be easy to understand, engaging, and fun, using multimedia, animation, and interactive methods so that learning never feels like a burden.

Ultimately, Ashok’s vision is to create a space where students can become the heroes of their own lives, learning in a way that suits them best and growing into confident, happy individuals who contribute to their families, society, and the world.
